bio&dynamica represents the opening of the Merano WineFestival, an event that celebrates the purity, sustainability, and nature of wines. The event highlights wines produced following organic and biodynamic methods, showcased by companies that prioritize environmentally and territorially respectful practices.

Special attention is also given to PIWI wines, wines obtained from grape varieties resistant to the main fungal diseases, thus reducing the use of pesticides. Moreover, it emphasizes natural wines, produced without the use of chemicals and additives, and orange wines, characterized by long contact with the skins during fermentation.
