WineHunter Area
Kursaal Stage
The WineHunter Area is the official wine bar bringing together labels from all over Italy and abroad, selected for their excellence and ability to interpret the latest trends in the wine world.
A space of excellence devoted to meeting, conversation and discovery, where wine creates connections, shares stories and gives rise to new relationships. The WineHunter Area is open on 6, 7, 8 and 9 November, welcoming visitors, trade professionals and press in a setting designed for experiencing wine in an authentic and engaging way. A meeting point for discovering, tasting and exchanging views on the world of wine, through a guided and personal experience. Leading that experience are the sommeliers, the protagonists of the area and the keepers of every label’s story. They accompany guests in discovering the wines on show, recounting their identity, their terroir and what makes them singular.

No/Low Alcohol
Beyond the boundaries of wine · in the GourmetArena for 2026
The new frontier of mindful drinking finds its place in the No/Low Alcohol section, dedicated to wines and beverages with little or no alcohol content. An internationally fast-growing trend that combines taste, quality, and moderation.
These products are the result of careful oenological and technological research, preserving aromas, freshness, and complexity, and offering a complete tasting experience even to those who choose lighter consumption.
In a market increasingly focused on wellbeing and lifestyle, No/Low Alcohol represents an invitation to discover new balances – without giving up the pleasure of the glass.
New for 2026: the No/Low Alcohol section moves into the GourmetArena, beside Food Spirits Beer – with its own entrance on the Passer promenade and a walkway to the first floor of the Kurhaus.

WineHunter Rosé Selection
Italy’s rosé wines · GourmetArena
From the palest powder pink to a vivid coral: the WineHunter Rosé Selection gathers hand-picked rosé wines from all over Italy, from the Alps to the islands. Every label poured has earned at least the WineHunter Award’s Rosso seal – quality that has been put to the test, glass after glass.
Fresh and crisp, savoury and mineral, or round and generous: rosé tells of native grapes, of the landscapes they grow in and of wonderfully varied styles. A bright, convivial corner of the GourmetArena where wine’s most versatile colour meets the kitchen – and invites you to discover, taste and be surprised.
