About

OLIVI – LE BUCHE WINERY

Set among the rolling hills of southern Tuscany, OLIVI – Le Buche Winery is a family-owned estate where wine is deeply rooted in the character of the land.

Founded in 2000 by the Olivi family, the estate encompasses 27 hectares of vineyards, cultivated with a combination of Tuscan native varieties and international grapes. Sangiovese, Pugnitello, Trebbiano and Verdicchio meet Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, reflecting a philosophy that combines respect for local heritage with a spirit of experimentation.

The wines are shaped by the estate’s distinctive terroir and by a meticulous approach in the vineyard and cellar, with the aim of expressing depth, elegance, balance and varietal character. From the freshness and mineral character of the whites to the structure and complexity of the reds, each wine offers a different interpretation of the Tuscan landscape.

Among the estate’s distinctive expressions are Le Buche, an elegant Sangiovese-based red, Pugnitello, made from the rare native Tuscan grape, Memento, a Sangiovese–Syrah blend, and Tempore, an international blend with a distinctly Tuscan identity.

Wine at Le Buche is an expression of place, but also of curiosity: a continuous dialogue between tradition, terroir and contemporary winemaking.
