About

Located in Marsala, on the western tip of Sicily, Caruso & Minini is a family winery combining four generations of winemaking tradition with innovation and a contemporary vision.

Our vineyards extend across the hills of Marsala and Salemi, between 200 and 450 metres above sea level, where the Mediterranean breeze, calcareous-clay soils and low yields contribute to wines of distinctive character, freshness and elegance.

With 120 hectares of vineyards, all organic, we are committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable production. Our philosophy combines meticulous vineyard management, minimalist winemaking and technological expertise to express the authentic identity of our terroir.

Our portfolio celebrates Sicily’s indigenous grape varieties alongside selected international grapes, offering wines that balance tradition, personality and versatility.

Sustainability also means social responsibility: our labels are created in collaboration with Laboratorio Zanzara, a social cooperative promoting the creativity and inclusion of people with special needs.
