Cantina di Monteforte continues its journey within the Collis group today, while preserving the strong territorial identity that has always closely linked it to the hills of Soave Classico and that still represents one of the most distinctive features of its wine production.
With Clivus, the aim is to express the most authentic character of the Soave Classico territory: an ambitious agronomic and oenological project focused on uniqueness and value, enhancing the specific characteristics of the U.G.A.s (Additional Geographical Units) and the identity of the territories of origin.
Here, the soils are of volcanic origin, a distinctive element that gives the wines minerality, depth and a recognizable stylistic character.
A winery that interprets its territory with precision and consistency, giving shape to wines of strong personality and offering a direct expression of one of the most highly suited wine-growing areas in Veneto.
