The highlight of the event will be a Masterclass scheduled at 14:30 also in the magnificent Sala Sissi. Here, Luca D’Attoma will delve into the topic “Traversing Italy in a Single Glass”, highlighting the differences between wines determined by their oenological interpretation and the unique characteristics of the cultivation areas.

Prof. Rainer Zierock embodied the perfect union between wine and science. Founder of the Dolomytos Winery in Auna di Sotto, his love for Greek mythology and passion for oenology gave birth to wines produced according to the pentagram principle, blending Italian and Greek grape varieties in a unique harmony. Similarly, Giancarlo Godio stands as a pillar in Italian culinary history, bringing his passion and mastery to the art of cooking.
