    4. PARTICIPATION

    The participation fee for full event tables includes:

    • the reserved exhibition space, including tables with tablecloths, spitoons, water pitchers, table signs, ice buckets, and chairs;

    • service (including ice, bread, emptying of spitoons, refilling pitchers, provision of products if necessary);

    • glass service (on deposit);

    • inclusion of the company in the official catalog distributed before and during the event;

    • promotion through Merano WineFestival and The WineHunter social channels;

    • 3 exhibitor passes included;

    • the ability to purchase additional tickets at a reduced price;

    • space in dedicated refrigerators for any white and sparkling wines;

    • additional space within the warehouse refrigerator area (if required);

    • storage service before the event;

    Additional Services:

    5. CONFIRM PARTICIPATION

    The company wishes to register as an exhibitor at the event Catwalk Champange, part of the Merano WineFestival, organized by Gourmet's International and accepts the terms and conditions of participation, which are as follows:

    1. Gourmet’s International srl will further confirm the registration as an exhibitor for Catwalk Champagne 2024 via email. The exhibiting party will have the chance to confirm the registration. This confirmation will then be binding for both parties.

    2. After confirmation, the exhibiting party has the right to withdraw with a 50% cancellation fee of the participation fee no later than 10 days after confirmation. Withdrawal after this date will result in the payment of the full participation fee.

    3. Gourmet’s International srl reserves the right to cancel the participation of any registrant if the exhibiting party has not paid the participation fee on time and will retain any deposit amount.

    4. Gourmet’s International srl reserves the right to prohibit participation in the 33rd Merano WineFestival and its sub-events in case of any outstanding disputes with Gourmet’s International srl.

    5. Furthermore the amount of the first invoice of any new registration will be increased by any outstanding amount of previous registrations.

    6. In the event of late payment after the event deadline has concluded, Gourmet’s International srl will add additional penalties to the bank costs and legal interest increased by 6% from the date of the invoice.

    7. The exhibiting party is fully responsible for completing the registration form (contents, copyrights, competitor laws, etc.).
