    The participation fee includes:

    • The booked exhibition space, including tables with tablecloths, spittoons, water carafes, table signs, ice buckets, and chairs;

    • Service (including ice, bread, emptying of spittoons, refilling of carafes, supply of products if necessary);

    • Glass service (with deposit);

    • Inclusion of the consortium/association in the official catalog distributed before and during the event;

    • Promotion through the social channels of Gourmet’s International and The WineHunter;

    • A defined number of exhibitor passes for space management;

    • The opportunity to purchase discounted admission tickets;

    • 1 column refrigerator for any food products, white wines, and/or sparkling wines;

    • Space within the common refrigerator (if necessary);

    • Storage service before the event;

    • A maximum of 7 products per table;

    5. CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION

    The consortium/association wishes to participate in the Merano WineFestival 2024 (November 8-12, 2024) and accepts the participation conditions:

    1. Gourmet’s International will confirm the registration of the consortium/association for the Merano WineFestival 2024 via email. This confirmation is binding for both parties.

    2. The consortium/association may withdraw with a 50% participation fee within 10 days of confirmation. Withdrawal after this date will require full payment of the participation fee.

    3. Gourmet’s International reserves the right to cancel the participation of any registrant if the consortium/association has not paid the participation fee on time and will retain the deposit amount.

    4. Gourmet’s International has the right to prohibit participation in the 33rd Merano WineFestival if there are outstanding invoices with Gourmet’s International. It also retains the right to increase the amount of the first invoice by the outstanding amount.

    5. In case of late payment, Gourmet’s International will add additional fines to the bank charges and legal interest increased by 6% from the invoice date.

    6. The consortium/association is entirely responsible for completing the registration form (content, copyrights, competition laws, etc.).
