3. PARTICIPATION

The participation fee includes:

The reserved exhibition space, including tables with tablecloths, spit buckets, water jugs, table signs, ice buckets, and chairs;
Service (including ice, bread, emptying of spit buckets, refilling of water jugs, and provision of supplies if needed);
Glassware service (with deposit);
Inclusion of the consortium/association in the official catalog distributed before and during the event;
Promotion through the social media channels of Gourmet’s International and The WineHunter;
A defined number of exhibitor passes for managing the space;
The ability to purchase entry tickets at a reduced price;
One column refrigerator for any white wines and sparkling wines;
Space in the shared cold storage (if needed);
Storage service for goods before the event;
A maximum of 7 products per table;

10% discount for importers who register and pay by July 31, 2024.

MASTERCLASS: 90-minute presentation and wine tasting at the Hotel Terme Merano (20 seats available) - Fee: 1,500€ + VAT

5. PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION

The company wishes to register as an importer at the Merano WineFestival, organized by Gourmet's International srl, and agrees to the terms of participation:

Based on the submitted participation form, Gourmet’s International srl will confirm the company’s participation in the Merano WineFestival 2024 and any related events via email. This confirmation will only be valid for both parties once the participation fee has been paid.
The company has the right to withdraw, subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the participation fee, up to 10 days after confirmation. Withdrawal after this date will result in full payment of the participation fee.
Gourmet’s International srl reserves the right to cancel the company’s participation if the participation fee is not paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice, including all applicable charges.
Gourmet’s International srl also reserves the right to deny participation in the Merano WineFestival to companies that have outstanding debts at the time of confirmation. The company’s invoice may be increased by the outstanding amount.
In the event of late payment, Gourmet’s International srl will apply the provisions of Article 62 of Decree Law No. 1 of 24.01.2012, adding bank fees and legal interest rates increased by 6% from the invoice date to the outstanding amount.
The producer is fully and personally responsible for the data provided in the registration form (contents, copyright, competition laws, etc.).
